        Bookstore Returns Policy

                      Spring 2010

MUST HAVE ORIGINAL RECEIPT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

ANY BOOKSTORE ITEM.

TEXTBOOKSThe Last day to return spring textbooks is February 1, 2010.  The only exception for returning textbooks after this date is for classes that do not last the full semester.  The last day to return these textbooks will be the same date as the last day to drop for a full refund.  You must have your original receipt and textbooks must be in the same condition as date of purchase.  This includes original wrapping and packaging. Ebooks are returnable as long as the activation code has not been used.

MERCHANDISE & CLOTHING - Returns may be made up to 15 days from the purchase date.  Returns for web orders must be post-marked within 15 days from the purchase date. Original receipt must be presented at the time of the return. Electronic merchandise and software must be returned unopened. Merchandise and clothing must have its original tags and packaging intact in order to receive a full refund. Due to our closure over winter break we will extend the return date for purchases made in December to January 15, 2010.  (This does not include the Holiday Sale promotions.  These sales are final.)

IF YOU PAID WITH A CHECK PLEASE NOTE - Checks require 10 business days (2 weeks) to clear the bank. If you are returning textbooks or merchandise bought with a check, a Due Bill will be issued for textbooks returned before the 10 business days. The Due Bill is payable to you after 10 business days.

Refunds reflect your original method of payment.
